Product Size Installation method of lightning arrester1. This series of surge protective device is suitable for RJ45 interface of lpz2-lpz3 partition interface of lightning protection zone. It is generally installed in series on terminal network equipment.
2. The product can be directly installed in series at the front end of the protected equipment (or system), and the closer it is to the protected equipment (or system), the better;
3. The input terminal (input) of the product is connected with the signal line, and the output terminal (output) is connected with the protected equipment, which can not be reversed;
4. The PE line of this product must be strictly equipotential connected with the lightning protection system, and the grounding resistance shall not be greater than 4 Ω, otherwise the working performance will be affected;
5. The product is grounded with the shortest possible wire connection. The lightning arrester adopts terminal grounding mode and must be connected with lightning protection ground wire. The shielding wire of the signal can be directly connected to the grounding terminal;
6. If the lightning arrester is installed under the condition that it does not exceed the requirements, it does not need long- term maintenance, and only needs routine maintenance of the system; if there is a problem in the signal transmission during the use process, the signal transmission returns to normal after replacing the lightning protector, which indicates that the lightning protector has been damaged and needs to be repaired or replace.
Precautions for installation of surge protector1. All ports of lightning arrester output end are connected with the protected equipment;
2. Do not connect the input and output circuits in reverse or wrong way;
3. The closer the lightning arrester is installed at the front end of the protected equipment, the better the effect is;
4. The equipment needs regular inspection and must be replaced immediately after the deterioration of the product;
5. The grounding must be good and the grounding resistance should not be greater than 4 ohm
